Incident logs were collected in 2000 and 2004, both before and after TIMS was deployed. The database was analyzed for each incident category to compare its response time and clearance time. The second project included the design of an integrated test segment on Layton and Howell Avenues on the north and east sides of General Mitchell Airport, including the development of an Advanced Traffic Management Software (ATMS) Request for Partnership Proposal (RFPP). The test segment design included the development of a plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&amp;E) package. As a subconsultant we are leading the Congestion/Travel Time Information subproject, the WebAccess subproject and the Telephone Access subproject.</font></p>  \',\'S9\',\'Milwaukee-Area Freeway System\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>Metropolitan Milwaukee Freeway System</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>TranSmart completed a truck volume/vehicle classification study on the freeway system in metropolitan Milwaukee. Staff installed road tube sensors and traffic counters at several locations in the area, covering all lanes in both directions. The project required substantial planning and coordination among WisDOT, the Milwaukee County Highway Department, and the Milwaukee and Waukesha County Sheriff’s Departments.</font></p>  \',\'S22\',\'Missouri DOT Workzone Information Interface Project\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i></i></font> <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>This project developed a statewide work-zone mapping system that can be used as a platform for displaying work zone and other information graphically on MoDOT\\\'s website. This support included securing speaker dates, training materials, registration and attendance documentation, and scheduling training sites. The project included extensive agency and stakeholder coordination, documentation, and issue management, to develop long-term strategies for preserving the function, operation and safety of the existing facility.</font></p>\',\'S38\',\'US 51 Coordinated Signal System Analysis Project\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>North Stoughton Road, Madison, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>TranSmart provided professional engineering services to WisDOT Southwest Region for the US 51 Coordinated Signal System Analysis Project. TranSmart collected and analyzed turning movement data, and also conducted isolated intersection analysis for three time periods at each intersection using Signal 2000, and a coordinated intersection analysis using TRANSYT- 7F and PASSER. A CORSIM model of the signal system was developed for both the existing and proposed timing plans.</font></p>   \',\'S10\',\'Verona Road/West Beltline Environmental Impact Study\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>US 12/14/18/151 Beltline Corridor, Madison, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>The study included recommendations for improvements to Verona Road, its interchange with the Beltline, and the surrounding areas. Pedestrian enhancements are provided along both sides of the highway as part of the project. The project includes analysis/evaluation, environmental documentation, design, engineering reports, and public involvement as part of implementation.</font></p>\',\'S8\',\'WIS 16 (Wisconsin Avenue) Reconstruction\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>Oconomowoc, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>Urban highway improvement involving the total reconstruction of Wisconsin Avenue through the Central Business District to a more context sensitive and pedestrian friendly transportation facility. TranSmart provided a complete complement of Traffic Engineering services for the project.</font></p>  \',\'S26\',\'WIS 64\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>150th Street to WIS 65, St. Croix County</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>This project will officially declare a nine-mile portion of the WIS 64 corridor as a freeway and three miles as an expressway under Wisconsin State Statute 84.295(10). As the project lead, TranSmart will develop alternatives to address local road connections and provide access and circulation to existing interchanges. An official map will be prepared to preserve right-of-way needed to implement the Preferred Alternative. Other activities include preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA), public involvement, agency and stakeholder coordination, newsletters, and may require a formal public hearing. </font></p>\',\'S5\',\'WIS 96 Fox River Bridge and Approaches Study\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>Village of Wrightstown, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>TranSmart was tasked with conducting an origin/destination study as part of a larger comprehensive bridge relocation effort. Work included survey development, data collection logistics and conducting the actual survey. Other activities included development and tabulation of a business survey, use of GIS, and a heavy vehicle and truck survey.</font></p>\',\'S7\',\'Wisconsin Southwest Region Master Contract\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>I-94 corridor, Milwaukee County, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>Under this master contract, TranSmart services included traffic signal system analysis, modeling and simulation utilizing TEAPAC, CORSIM, and Synchro; traffic signal timing and phasing plan development and modification using Signal 2000; traffic signal design, plan and PS & E preparation, traffic counts, speed studies, and traffic signal warrant studies.</font></p>  \',\'S34\',\'WisDOT Northeast Region US 41 Data Gathering\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>Winnebago and Brown Counties, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>TranSmart collected traffic data for the US 41 corridor in the Oshkosh and Green Bay areas, performing 12-hour turning movement intersection counts at 33 intersections in Winnebago County and 39 intersections in Brown County. TranSmart also conducted mainline classification counts at four locations on USH 41 and one additional location on STH 29. TranSmart was able to quickly plan and effectively manage an intensive count schedule for the 72 intersections over a two-month period.</font></p>\',\'S35\',\'WisDOT Northwest Region ITS Preliminary Engineering Study Project\',\'<div align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>TranSmart conducted a system inventory that included data collection for existing traffic conditions, and relevant studies and deployment efforts within the study area. Services included: collection and analysis of traffic operations and crash data; traffic signal warrant evaluation; development of improvement concepts; and estimating construction costs for those improvements. Improvements recommended in the reports included additions and/or extensions of exclusive turn lanes, installation of traffic signals, realignment of approaches to improve sightlines, and conversion of stop-controlled intersections to roundabouts.</font></p>\',\'S32\',\'Zoo Interchange Study and DEIS\',\'<font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial><i>I-94/894/US 45 corridors, Milwaukee County, WI</i></font>  <p align=left><font style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt" face=Arial>As part of the Forward 45 team, TranSmart provided traffic engineering and traffic analysis services. TranSmart\\\'s primary responsibilities included identifying available and relevant sources of traffic data for the I-94/894/US 45 Interchange (the Zoo Interchange) in Milwaukee County and preparing a traffic data analysis and collection plan. TranSmart also compiled a safety report with a crash review analysis and performed a Level of Service (LOS) evaluation.
